Small Plumbing Works Co-Ordinator Required
Knowledge of plumbing and heating skills is not required, the most important skill for this job role are excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Description:
Co-ordinating small works plumbers on various days to day jobs and liaising with suppliers, private customers, companies and letting agents.

Co-ordinates all staff and activities on multiple small works
Provides co-ordination and direction to plumbers and maintenance staff on plumbing
Co-ordinates and ensures all labour and material acquisitions and costs for small works are available and maintained
Liaises with customers, suppliers and engineers
Ensures maintenance contracts and timelines are adhered to
Prepares reports (e.g. projects status, recommendations)
Booking in preventative maintenance programs and contracts with customers
Maintains preventative maintenance logs, records and reports
